From the first phone call (I actually talked to you, not an answering service) in which I described the problem with my Sonosax mixer, and your probable diagnosis, to the clear instructions about packing and shipping the unit to you, to the rapid turnaround, to the very reasonable bill, I was continually impressed with your service organization. I now have the mixer back in operation in a little over a week turnaround! I highly recommend your company to anyone needing pro audio service.
