The original ME2 had a removable windscreen. This one is glued on. People will yank off the glued windscreen because they are accustomed to being able to remove it. If you need to replace your low end Sennheiser lav mic, replace it with something other than this. It’s inexpensive but you’ll have to replace it 2x as fast as almost anything else.
